The "Early-made" apple

- 1 cup flour
- 2 level tbsp of corn flower
- 1 cup sugar
-
2 eggs - 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 3 large apples

I. Preheat oven (gas mark 7 - 220 °). Break eggs and add sugar and beat until the mixture turns white.
II. Add flour, cornstarch, baking powder and milk.
III. Peel and cut apples into thin slices.
IV. Grease mold, put them 2 / 3 of the dough.
V. Place apples on dough and cover with remaining dough.
VI. Sprinkle heavily with powdered sugar.
VII. Cook 5 minutes. hot oven, then 45 min. in a moderate oven.

Personally I put a little more milk, maybe my eggs were too small, but the dough did not seem quite fluid.

4 ans déjà, que l'Atelier des P'tits Papiers vous accueil au 9 de la rue Burdeau, avec ma marque de créatrice "Les Carnets d'Audrey".

Et bien c'est maintenant le moment de changer de décor et de changer de concept...

Il n'y aura pour le moment plus d'exposition temporaire ni de cours et stage.

Car l'atelier se transforme en atelier-boutique and welcome 2 new full of creative poetry to accompany me in the studio.
